My experience has been great every time. Robert is amazing! He knows my coffee order by heart and always gets it just right. I even trust him to change it up sometimes, and he never disappoints. His attention to detail and great service make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend!

As an avid coffee drinker "amilles" Blackwater Coffee Roasters @ Allen1 is my absolute favorite!! They serve the freshest coffee but the staff are the real stars here! Always pleasant and great you with a smile. Best cup of cafe in downtown!! Dont forget your pastries. 😊

Amilles quickly became my go-to-spot… and it just for the coffee (which taste like heavens rain) but because it feels like a little pocket of warmth in my day. My barista, Robert, has turned into a new friend. The others are sweet as sugar too. They all remember my order and always make me smile (which is hard to accomplish before I’ve had my caffeine). If you’re looking for more than a cup of coffee, this is your place!

This place and team here has us spoiled. They are so kind and always in a good mood. I use to always go to the other coffee shop but after drinking Robert’s lattes I have never gone back. He brings happiness to the day with his speedy service and spreading joy. There is a group of us that make it part of our daily routine to walk and grab one of Robert’s lattes.

I ordered a freshly brewed coffee, and it was excellent. The aroma was rich and inviting, while the flavor was smooth, balanced, and satisfying. The coffee was prepared perfectly and served at the right temperature. It had a fresh taste that reflected the quality of the beans used. I also appreciated the attractive presentation and attention to detail. The service was quick and professional, and the staff was happy to answer questions about the menu. Im not sure why isnt this place listed as Amellios coffee since thats what its called. Took me a few rounds to figure out this is the place. So its in the basement of the building to all those who might not have been here before. The coffee was amazing!!! I wish they had any GF bakery or bars but they do have alternative milk options and some good flavors. I tried the honey milk flat white and was impressed with the smoothness of the shot.
